Terms and Conditions for Jungle Quest Safaris:
Booking and Payment: a) A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking with Jungle Quest Safaris. b) The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of the tour. c) All payments must be made in USD or the local currency.
Cancellations and Refunds: a) Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund. b) Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the start of the tour will receive a 50% refund. c) Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the tour will not be refunded. d) No refund will be given for unused services or accommodations.
Changes to Itinerary: a) Jungle Quest Safaris reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. b) If changes are made, Jungle Quest Safaris will make every effort to provide equivalent or better services and accommodations.
Travel Insurance: a) All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, and personal liability. b) Jungle Quest Safaris is not liable for any costs or damages incurred due to lack of insurance.
Health and Safety: a) Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations and medical clearance before the start of the tour. b) Jungle Quest Safaris reserves the right to refuse service to clients who pose a risk to their own health or safety, or to the health or safety of others. c) Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Jungle Quest Safaris and its guides.
Liability: a) Jungle Quest Safaris is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death incurred during the tour. b) Clients are responsible for their own personal property and Jungle Quest Safaris is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
Dispute Resolution: a) Any disputes or claims arising from the tour will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Kenya. b) If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kenyan Law Society.
